Dr Brian Okeze (BDS) - Dental Surgeon

Brian joined Woodcroft Dental as a partner in October 2012. Since graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2004, Brian has retained a keen interest in all aspects of dentistry with a particular passion for treating nervous patients. He has completed the highly regarded SAAD (Sedation Anxiety and Analgesia in Dentistry) national sedation course together with numerous advanced courses in Dental Implants, Cosmetic dentistry and crown and bridge work. After varied clinical experience in Dental Implants, he is now pursuing an MSc in Dental Implantology at Warwick University. In his spare time Brian enjoys mountain biking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr Victoria Potter (BDS) - Dental Surgeon

Victoria joined Woodcroft Dental as a partner in October 2012, having qualified in 2004 from the Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Dentistry in London. Since qualifying Victoria has enjoyed working in a busy general practice and has gained extensive and valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry. Victoria attends courses and conferences regularly to update her skills and knowledge. She recently completed a year long certified course in Restorative Dentistry in London, gaining the ability to provide excellent longevity in her work and beautiful cosmetic results. She is a member of the British Academy of Restorative Dentists. When Victoria is not working as a dentist she cares for her daughter Adria, who was born in 2012 and her son Otis, who was born in 2015.
Dr Philip Adams (BDS) - Dental Surgeon
Philip joined the practice as an Associate in August 2015. He qualified with honours from King's College London School of Dentistry in 2011, completing a graduate course which followed on from his earlier studies in Anatomy & Biomedical Sciences, also at King's. Since then Philip has gained a post-graduate Diploma in Primary Dental Care and worked in busy family dental practices as well as in hospital in Maxillofacial Surgery. Philip keeps his skills and knowledge up-to-date by attending courses and conferences, ensuring that his clinical advice and practise are always based on current research and recommendations. Outside dentistry, Philip is a keen sailor, surfer and musician.
Sophie Organ (BSc) - Dental Hygiene and Therapy
Sophie qualified in Dental Hygiene and Therapy in 2018 at Plymouth University. Her role here includes the treatment of periodontal disease and oral health education in addition to providing some restorative procedures. Sophie works alongside her patients to provide personalised oral health information and advice, enabling patients to take control of their own treatment. She especially welcomes nervous patients and is keen to help anyone who suffers with dental anxiety or phobia, taking care that all concerns are met with reassurance and empathy. Sophie keeps herself up-to-date on all aspects of her role with a variety of professional development and courses. Outside of work she enjoys running and swimming as well as spending time with family and friends.
